Well, as you can see... I missed the Monday Moan, this was due to technical issues & so consequently, I have decided to change my moan to that of technical issues.
Earlier today, the html & traffic on my blog went all a bit pete tong & so I googled the issue only to find that other bloggers were experiencing the same ordeals. The only traffic my blog was counting was via youtube, this is an issue which other bloggers were also experiencing.
Even trying to find blogger help was near-on-impossible on this matter. The youtube channel in question was obviously causing havoc to other bloggers as there were numerous comments asking for the video to be removed.
My immediate thought was what's happened & what should I do? I searched for a good half an hour & could find nothing that was useful on the subject. I returned to my blog to see if things had picked up, only to realise that all the html had muddled & all the widgets in the left hand column, were central, below the published posts. At this point, I decided to close my blog for a short while so I could find a remedy. The long of the short of this is, I've muddled the html although I'm not happy with it [that's a job for another day] & the traffic counter has returned to normal, supposedly of its own accord...
Has anybody else had spam traffic (on their blog stats) via youtube?
Does anybody know how a youtube channel which I am
not associated with can link up to my blog?
