There is no known definitive origin for Friday 13th, nor is their a clear answer to when suspicion began. It's possible that the origin is biblical, based on the idea that the 13th guest at the last supper betrayed Jesus... Or perhaps, 13 is unlucky to be the number which follows 12 - there are 12 months in the year, 12 hours on the clock, 12 days of christmas, 12 zodiac signs, 12 eggs in a dozen & so on...
Do you have a fear of Friday 13th, the number 13, or have any superstitions?
