Evening Glam-er-Roons!
I hope you're all having a fabulous Monday ^__^
Today's moan is going to be fairly short & not so sweet...
I'm definitely having one of those days where I have lots of inspiration to write a juicy moan, but to be totally honest, I'm not really sure I'm feeling it...
Something which I've noticed over the past week or so, whilst shopping, is the number of shops which play rather depressing music... For example, whilst in M&S the other day, they played Duffy's Warwick Avenue followed by Adele's Make You Feel My Love & in Sainsbury's they were playing E17's Stay Another Day {not exactly chipper tunes}
I don't know about you, but when I'm in a good mood, I'm much more enthusiastic towards
shopping & thus I'll spend more pennies!
I'm not a big fan of shopping, but I particularly enjoy my time in both Cyberdog & Lush where the music is upbeat; mood enhancing & inevitably makes me want to spend more time, trying things on & eventually taking them home with me! In my experience, the staff are also much happier, more enthusiastic & willing to help!
Has anybody else noticed this?
I completely agree with this! Hearing depressing songs makes you feel all blahh and you tend to hurry to get out!
