For someone who's not a huge fan of shopping, I sure like spending money! I can't believe that February is almost here...The sales are dwindling & I'm ready to get organised, I can't really put my finger on where I'm spending, so I've decided to participate in Frugal February.

It's personal choice as to how strict you want to be with yourself & what you want to achieve over the next four weeks. I want to find a way of living, where I can afford to do the things I want,
whilst saving a pretty penny.
The basic rules:~
From the first of February, I vow to avoid shopping/spending other than for essentials.
clothes / shoes / accessories / makeup / cosmetics / music / films / dvds / games / books / magazines
Food & drink are exempt from Frugal February, however, I shan't be buying wine to consume at home, I shall be making deserts instead of purchasing them & I also shan't be buying bottles of fizzy when I'm out & about, aswell as taking my own lunch to work.
Personal hygiene items, including deodorant, toothpaste, shampoo are exempt. I shall be using this opportunity to use up all my half empty bottles.
In my opinion, Frugal February shouldn't make you feel like you're a prisoner in your own home, socialising is important & so I shan't be restricting myself from doing so. I will however be cutting down on the amount of money I spend & limiting myself so I don't waste money.
Personally, I am going to take the opportunity to ensure that I don't waste my money, by spending unnecessarily & I'm going to make an effort to finish off half-used make-up & beauty products.
